St. Ambrose Food Bank
The Food Bank is in Desperate Need. The first Sunday of the month is always the time St. Ambrose
parishioners show their generosity by “brown bagging”
donations for the local food pantry. Due to current economic
conditions, more people than ever are turning to the local food
bank, including some of our own parishioners, while the food pantry is struggling to keep up. Please
consider bringing a bag of non-perishable food or cleaning
products. Just leave your bag in the vestibule as you arrive for
Mass. Thank you!

Ministry of Care: Prayer Request If you have a special prayer request, please let Vi McCarty know. You can call Vi at home in the evenings at 330-527-4139, e-mail her at vmccarty1@neo.rr.com, or put your prayer
requests in the collection basket. In these troubled times it is important that we remember our loved ones who are in need of prayers because of illness or for any other reason. Please continue to enroll friends and family members to
receive prayers through the Ministry of Care. We would also like to invite you to become a member of the Ministry of Care.
There are no meetings to attend – all that is required is 5 to 10 minutes of your time daily in prayer to ask for God's blessings on those people who are in need of prayer. If you are interested in joining, please call Vi.
